Valves BEERS Б01
At large pipeline diameters and at low flow rates it is cost-effective to install control valves with smaller diameter. In such case the valve design involves the use of body flanges which grooves look like truncated cones with an internal base diameter equal to the nominal diameter of the valve, and external - equal to the required diameter of the pipeline (so-called diffusers and confusors). This allows, for example, to use a valve having a diameter of DN100 mm with a pipe having diameter of 300 mm.

Main feature of the valve design URPS BIRS B01 is production of these valves from high-quality steel. The input control of raw materials provides ensured stable quality rates. Non-destructive welded joint control ensures no leaks on the frame body during the warranty life of the product.
Critical part of the valve carries out control by a variety of control tools. Valve characteristics are adapted at the greatest possible extent to the application of linear electric power drives of BIRS 14 and diaphragm pneumatic drives BIRS 37.
Regulating valves URPS BIRS B01 meet the requirements of the TRCU 012. The product belongs to the category IIGBCT4.
