Description
Reverse axisymmetric valve have the following advantages:
- low coefficient of resistance;
- constant flow rate;
- operation without outrun;
- low noise level;
- vertical and horizontal valve mounting;
- sealing system: primary metal sealing / secondary sealing made of soft materials.
Reverse valves do not require any additional maintenance, and operate reliably during the entire service life (up to 30 years) due to the fact that the shutter is made of corrosion-resistant steels applying a layer of titanium nitride. It is possible to manufacture a reverse valve with a flanged joint to the pipeline.

- Operation stability. Due to the design and working principle, the axisymmetric valve opens completely even at low flowrates, responds smoothly to changes in flow and operates consistently.
- Insignificant hydraulic losses. Axial type design provides greater capacity at the same diameter comparing with other products running. Load reduction on pumps and compressors due to small hydraulic losses because of the full opening of the flow section and a high pressure recovery in the body frame with a nozzle profile.

- Tightness. Even in the most difficult operating conditions, the reverse valves provide the required tightness.
- No noise and vibration during operation. The design of the valve ensures flattening of the liquid end. Virtually there are no vortex flow and any other changes environment in the valve. Thus, the noise and turbulence levels are significantly reduced.
- There is also a possibility of horizontal and vertical mounting.
- There is no need in installation of protective structures.
- The valves do not require additional fastening to the engineering structures.
- Wide range of sizes, pressure limits and valve materials is available.

Reverse axisymmetric valves of 19с (лс, нж) 38нж type have 50-150 mm diameter in accordance with Technical Specifications 3742-006-24363138-2015, at a pressure of 6.3 MPa (63 kgf / cm2), medium temperature up to + 600 ° С, temperature of the environment from -60 ° С. Reverse valves are applied when the backflow of the pumped medium is to be prevented. The valves are mounted on compressors, pumps and used in the technological piping of oil and gas refineries.
Due to the special shape of the valve disc, flow separation and valve chattering are prevented. The result is trouble-free operation with slight parts wear.
